Hotel Accommodations

PMMI will make reservations for staff and speakers. All others must book directly with The Westin Chicago Northwest. A block of rooms has been set aside for the Cold Pressure Council Annual Conference 2018 at The Westin Chicago Northwest at a confirmed rate of $169 plus tax per night for single/double occupancy. Reservations must be made by Friday, May 18th to secure this rate. After this date, reservations will be taken at best available rate.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation must be received by Monday, June 11 (10 business days prior to the meeting) in order to obtain a refund on the registration fee, minus a $50 administration fee.
